Refunds & Returns

Due to the fact that our items are printed on demand, refunds and exchanges based on incorrect sizing or sizing/fit not meeting expectations is not possible.

All cancellations based on change of heart or various reasons must be made within 24 hours of the initial order placement as the items begin printing as soon as the order is made. We cannot accommodate cancellations once the order is being fulfilled.

If your product arrives damaged or misprinted in some way we will be happy to figure out the quickest way to get you a new one – email us at info@porttiki.com. Please include the following in your e-mail so we can best assist you: photos of the product you received, a description of the problem and your order number.
