Port Tiki can currently carry up to 12 passengers.

Port Tiki does not provide food or drinks. Most private charters have their cruise catered. You have the option to bring your own food, snacks, and drinks. We will provide coolers, ice, water, cups, plates, forks, napkins, and leis!

Weather including heavy rain and strong wind can prevent us from cruising. Safety is our main priority. If we have to cancel your trip due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances on our end, no refunds are given but you will receive a credit so you can reschedule your trip at your convenience.

While there are no refunds for booked trips, we understand that things happen! You can reach out to us up to 7 days in advance of your scheduled trip to reschedule or to receive a credit to reschedule your trip. There is a $25 service fee for all cancellations and reschedulings. Since we are a seasonal business that relies on daily commitments, we are unable to accommodate changes within 7 days of your scheduled booking.

Starting Memorial Day weekend. Possibly sooner if the weather is in our favor. Ending sometime in September/October weather permitting.

The boat leaves at the time you make your reservation for. We run on a schedule and must leave and return on time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to boarding. Account for traffic on the day of your cruise and parking. If you have a private charter and are late, you will lose time on your trip. We must be back in time for the next trip.

There is free parking available at Inspiration Wharf for Port Tiki, as shown on the map below. If our lot is full, there is ample free parking at the Town Dock. Make a left as you exit our property and the next left is into the Town Dock. Go as far as you can down to the left for a closer walk to the boat.

We sail exclusively inside Manhasset Bay. You will see awesome mansions, glorious yachts and amazing sunsets if on the sunset trip!

21 is the minimum age allowed if liquor is being served. No exceptions.

NO HIGH HEELS. Dress appropriately for the weather. Spring and fall can be chilly on the water. Hula skirts available on board!

We are providing an Island Experience. Relaxed and Chill.

No, we do not offer swimming off the boat.

This includes drunkenness, rudeness etc. We bring them back to the dock immediately with no refund. We have a zero tolerance policy for unruliness! Dont mess with the VIBE!

Do not come under the influence of any substance. At our discretion, you will not be permitted on board. And will not receive a refund.
